Founder-led social without becoming a content creator

A low-overhead approach to founder-led social: choosing three durable subjects, capturing material from existing work, and a realistic cadence that survives a busy month.

Every founder we have worked with can talk for an hour about their operation and freezes when asked to write a post. The fix is capture, not discipline.

## Pick three subjects and stay there

Three subjects you have genuine operating authority over, revisited repeatedly from different angles. Repetition is what builds recognition; range is what dilutes it. Anything outside the three gets said in reply to other people rather than published.

## Capture instead of writing

Record the explanation you already gave a customer this week and edit it down. Most usable material already exists in sales calls, support threads and internal notes, which is why capture beats a content calendar for a founder.
